The above subdivision now called Weathervane Village was
recently sold to new owners and they want to entered West
Biddick to the West and connect to Linder Road.
The City of Meridian is very much in favor of this change
not only for safety reasons but for the ingress. and egress
to the subdivision. We recommend that you approve this
change.

Water Meter Locations
Idaho Power representatives contacted me today to request some revisions
of water meter placements to allow them access for their power outlets.
Attached is a red-lined drawing showing revised meter locations as they
requested. These revisions are acceptable to the City.
Please make corrections on your original drawings prior to construction
and submit two sets of revised sheets to Bruce and Earl with the two sets of
complete drawings originally requested for Bruce and Earl.

Final Plat & Development Plans
The final development plans you have resubmitted for the subject subdivi-
sion contain all changes requested by the City of Meridian and are approved as
submitted.
The City of Meridian sanitary sewer and domestic water system has the
capacity to serve this development.
Please provide two copies of the development plans to Bruce Stuart and
Earl Ward for their reference and use during construction. Please be advised
that, in accordance with City requirements, it will be necessary for you to
coordinate a pre-construction conference involving utilities, contractors and
City staff.
