L. Towne Subdivision and the Welker Subdivision. With respect to the Niday's 2nd Subdivision, th,c restrictive covenants are in the form of a notation on the plat, which notes that all subsequent sales are bound by the restrictions contained in the Warranty Deeds recorded in Book 321 page 265 and in Book 329 page 169 of Deeds, a copy of which is enclosed herein. The Wilson First Subdivision was vacated in 1910 and the Wilson Second Subdivision was dedicated in 1910. and annexed into the City of 1~4eridian in 1954.
