Reimbursement Agreement with JLJ Enterprises, Inc for Overland Road Water Main for $138,240.83:
Item 6B 2. Make the following change to the reimbursement agreement to clarify the issue regarding
surety to ACHD:
E. Conditions Precedent to Execution of Construction Contract(s).
Prior to execution of any construction contract, the following conditions shall be satisfied:
1. Prior to March 13, 2009, DEVELOPER shall provide proof to CITY that DEVELOPER
has secured a financial surety acceptable to ACHD' °~°~ ^f ~'~°~"+ guaranteeing the
completion of the Overland Road realignment project.
Items 8. and 9. AZ 08-005 & VAR 08-008. The applicant requested that these applications be
continued to June 2, 2009.

Highlights of Proposed Development: The church is currently operating in the existing 7,000 s.f.
building that formerly housed the Locust Grove Grange. The applicant has submitted a conceptual'site
plan and building elevations showing how the site is proposed to develop in the future. A new 42,500
s.f. building is proposed to be constructed in the future on the southern portion of the site.
Commission Recommendation: Approval at their January 15, 2009 public hearing.
