Clint Dolsby has signed the plat for the above project and I am forwarding R to you for your
signature. Based on our research of the project files, all conditions imposed by the Public
Works Department and City Council have been met.
Cash Surety has been forvvarded to the Finance Dept. (Check #1459 -dated 1/08/09) for
$239,931.82. This represents surety for items, and in amounts, listed on the attached
spreadsheet.
Please call Lisa Bachman, w/ JUB Engineers @ 376-7330 when the plat is ready to be
picked up. Please call me if you have any questions.

I have reviewed the final plat submittal for the above mentioned project,
approved by City Council on June 19.2007 ,and find that they have
met with the conditions of approval.
