This is a re-subdivision of Lot 2 of Block 1, RESOLUTION SUBDIVISION and the improvements adjacent to Lot 2 are in place with the exception of landscaping along Millennium Way, which was to be installed by the original developer. We would like to ask for a variahce to the requirement of showing utility profiles for the proposed utility services shown on the preliminary plat because the services will be private and there is plenty of ground cover over the sewer.
