Bill Clark also represents the Gibson's as their development consultant. Enclosed please find: 1. One (1) copy of an excerpt from the Findings of Fact and Conclusions of Law Conditional Use Permit for Verona Subdivision (Finding No. 11); 2. One (1) copy of a letter from Bill Clark to Becky McKay dated May 15, 2003; and 3. One (1) copy of a letter from Bill Clark to Becky McKay dated April 1, 2003. Finding No. 11 was made by the Council based upon Mr. Clark's letters which were presented to the City Council by Ms. Becky McKay, the Verona Subdivision representative. I have discussed with Bill Nichols, the City Attorney, how the City Council's Finding No. 11-can be implemented. Mr. Nichol's suggestion is that the final plat contain a note giving notice of the zoning and possibility of multifamily development on the Gibson property. He further suggested that this letter be forwarded to you so that this issue is not June 17, 2003 Page 2 missed in the final platting process. Attached is a draft note for inclusion on the Verona Subdivision plat for your consideration. Bill Clark, Mr. Gibson's development consultant, will be contacting you to review the proposed note and to work out the mechanics of making sure the note is placed on the final plat. I would appreciate it if you would confirm for Mr. Gibson Chat you have requested of the City of Meridian that iC aclaiowledge, in its approval of Verona and in the Development Agreement for that project, the compatibility of the multifamily development on the Gibson property with Che adjacent residential lots in Verona, particularly lots 7 through 13. Also, I would like confirmation Chat that the CCBcR's for Verona also inform and acknowledge the plamred multifamily on the adjacent Gibson property. I am requesting that Ed Miller concoct you to see if ]re can be of any assistance iu providing langnaoe for Chese documents, if that would be helpful to you.
