r ~f ~'- ~ NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Ordinances of the City of Meridian and the
taws of the State of Idaho, that the Meridian Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of
Meridian will hold a public hearing at the Meridian City Hall, 33 East Broadway Avenue,
Meridian, Idaho, at the hour of 7;00 p.m. on Thursday, February 19, 2009, for the purpose of

welcome and invited to submit testimony. Oral testimony may be limited to three (3) minutes

hearing. All materials presented at public meetings shall become property of the City of
