Landowner has demonstrated an attitude of disregard for zoning and land use by entering
into a lease agreement for heavy industrial use in a RUT (rural urban transitional) zone.
Furthermore landowner has disrespected neighbors by failing to properly notify prior to
entering into said lease agreement and by allowing contractors currently leasing this
property to operate all night in violation of Ada County noise & nuisance ordinances:{
Zoning and noise ordinances are enacted for the good of all citizens and those impacted
the most by violations should not have to suffer for the convenience of a few others. The-r®a,

applicant and current tenants also create a serious traffic hazard on Overland Road at said P
property's entrance.
