We discussed the proposed land use designation for the parcels as shown on the attached
map. I have noted the parcel that we own with an arrow, APN #20414336.Our parcel is
currently in the area of impact for the City of Eagle but it abuts the property you are showing for
land use designation. We have used our property for bird hunting and fishing in the past and
intend to continue hunting and fishing on that property in the future. We are in the process of
developing more wildlife habitat on our property and we would hate to have our use, including
hunting, curtailed by houses or other possible land uses, which might restrict our historical and
future use of the property.
