We have reviewed the staff conditions for the City Council meeting of February 10, 2009, and
submit the following revised responses.
Site Suecific Conditions
1. The applicant will comply.

4. There are no existing buildings on the property.

6 (a). The applicant has revised the final plat and eliminated the knuckles.
6 (b-c). The applicant will comply.

9. There are no storm drainage ponds within phase 1. However, a pressure irrigation storage
pond is proposed within the open space adjoining the Settlers Canal. This was a requirement of
Settlers Irrigation District.

1. The applicant will comply with the exception of the Settlers Canal which was exempted from
piping with the preliminary plat approval.
