We have reviewed the staff conditions for the City Council meeting of February 10, 2009, and
have the following responses.
Site Specific Conditions
1. The applicant will comply.
2. Understood.

4. The final plat will be revised accordingly.

6. The applicant is in agreement with 6a-d and 6f. Item 6e requires curbs nett drive aisles
to be painted red. The private drives at the school are ezisting and wider than most drive
aisles. Due to the cost and aesthetics, the School District is requesting a waiver of the
requirement to paint the curbs red.
7. The applicant will comply.

9. There are no open space lots within the development. Existing landscape areas along the
perimeter roadways and delineated as easements. There are existing storm drainage retention
facilities within the project. It is the intent of the District to retain the existing storm drainage
facilities installed with original private drives.

General Requirements
1. All irrigation and drainage ditches were piped with the initial development of the School
District property. Therefore, this condition is not applicable.

5. This condition appears to be an error. No playground equipment is proposed and
Exhibit E is the legal description for the private drive. Please delete this condition.
