RE: Photometric test report for:
Certificate of Zoning Compliance
Paramount Professional Offices
To whom it may concern,
For the certificate of zoning compliance on the above project no
photometric test report is being provided at this time as per my
phone conversation with Joe Guenther on past czc applications. The
site and building lighting will not extend over any of the property
lines and will be designed and built that way. The site and building
light fixtures will not exceed 1,800 lumens each. A photometric site
layout will be done and report submitted at the time of electrical
plan submittal. Lighting design and construction on this project
will follow the guidelines of UDC 11-3A-11.
If you have any questions regarding this application, please do not
hesitate to contact me.
Respectfully submitted,
