' ~'-~ I would like to express how I feel about the development of the Ruby Edwards Design. The Locust Grove assisted living Facility. I live at 1700 S. Labrador in Meridian Idaho. x, ~~'i I looked over the plans with my neighbors, Mr & Mrs Viertel, and we all agree that the headlights on ,; ~ i Trucks, and Suv vehicles are much higher than they are on cars, such as like the one in the reference _ drawing shows. This would be an issue with the lights that shine into the windows, when driving in at the entrance. We would both like to see the burm raised with more Evergreen trees that would work as a year round screen. When looking at the entrance on the plans. There are not any Evergreen trees, :~~ directly behind Mr and Mrs Viertels place. The Viertel's have willow tree's, but the leaves are only there a few months out of the year and do not work as a year round screen. Another concern is the water ~~ , ~ ~`~~ Runnoff. We want to make sure there are enough drains put in, to handle the amount of water run ~~~' off, when it rains and snows. I am also concerned about the additional Future building expansion, add +~_ on that they are planning. I feel that the parking lot is not feasible enough, for vehicles if an addition is added on to the building that is being built. I guess with that said, I would like to see a higher Burm - with More tall Evergreens, behind our houses and giving the Sportsman point home owners a privacy - Barrier between the Two propertys. Thank you.
