Scot,

We talked about adding a berm and some additional landscaping along the south boundary toward the west end
to shield the property owner to the south. See the following condition:
1.8 The landscape plan shall be revised to reflect a berm within the southwest portion of the buffer along the
south property boundary where the grade is significantly lower than the southeast portion of the buffer.
Nothing else needs to be submitted with this application; we'll get a revised plan with the Certificate of Zoning
Compliance that complies with the conditions of approval of the CUP.
Thanks,
Sonya

Sonya, I just spoke to Mike Ball and he should be sending you an email tonight expressing his support for the
CUP. I did have another question, Wes mentioned that when he met with you last week to turn in the revised
landscape plan you wanted to see some additional landscape right at the entrance directly west and also to the
south to help screen the headlights better. Is that something that needed to be resubmitted or addressed at the
hearing? I didn't see anything addressing it in the staff report.
Thanks,
Scot
