Dimensions will be determined by the City Engineer. All sidewalks will be five (5) feet in width unless otherwise approved. 2. The proposed development is in conformance with the City's Comprehensive Plan and Zoning and Subdivision Ordinance. The applicant submitted a planned development application to allow for a combination of uses, reduced setbacks, block lengths in excess of 1,000 feet and a diversity of housing types and lot sizes. This area is designated as Medium- Density Residential on the Comprehensive Plan Land Use Map. 3. The development will connect to existing City water and sewer facilities. Sewer and water plans have been provided for Public Works' review. 4. The final plat is in conformance with acceptable engineering, architectural and surveying practices and local standazds. 6. Street names do not conflict with the City grid system and are in compliance with the Street Name Committee comments, with the exception of N. Pazk Place Way. The applicant requests that the City of Meridian approve of this street name in lieu of N. Wingate Lane. Wingate Lane is a private lane not within the Ada County Highway District roadway system, and the name of N. Park Place Way will better serve the subdivision. The City Council has the power to approve a name other than that approved by the Ada County Street Name Committee. 7. All items noted on the checklist have been included. I have read the information contained herein and certify the information is true and correct and that this plat is in compliance with the above statements.
