Meridian Planing and Zoning
Meridian, Idaho
Dear Sirs;
n
STRUCTURAL CONSULTANT
(208) 888-7107
I request that the piece of property that I own be annexed into
the city of Meridian. I would like it to be zoned R-4.
It is presently in Ada county and zoned agricultural. However it
was part of an illegally devided subdivision and canot be used
for anything.
I propose to use it for a single family residence. I would like
also to request that I be allowed to drill a well and put in a
septic system until those city services become avalible.
This proposed use fits in well with the Meridian Comprehensive
plan.
I am applying separately rather than with the Stonehouse and
LDS church groups, because when it got down to applying neither
seemed prepared to make the commitment right now.
I will'ibe happy to pay the fees necessary to annex the property.
It may be well to note that the property is isolated by irrigation
ditches on two of the three sides and that it has never been
farmed nor can it be. The only thing that it can be used for
is a single family residence.
Sincerely
OG/ STATE OF IDAHO j
Rex Harrison County of Ada
On this 1'2 day of August, 1984, before me, a nctaxy

that he executed the same.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and
affixed my official seal the day and year in this certificate
