Dear Mr. Conger,
It has been brought to the attention of the City of
Meridian that y®u are conducting a cabinet making
business at your property located at 1829 Incline
Way.
This property is zoned residential and it is a
violation of the City Ordinance's to conduct a
business in a residential zone without first obtain-
ing a Conditional Use Permit. Pursuant to Idaho
Code 67-6527 violation of the Ordinance is a mis-
demeanor punishable by a fine up to Three Hundred
Dollars ($300.0®) and a maximum of six (6) months
in jail.
Applications for a Conditional Use Permit are avail-
able at the City Hall.
