Re: Sundance Subdivision No. 3 (Final Plat)

Dear Mayor and Council:
We have reviewed staff comments for the hearing date of June 24, 2003, and have the following
responses.
SITE SPECIFIC COMMENTS
1. The applicant will meet all terms of the approved preliminary plat, conditional use
permit, and development agreement.
2. It is the intent of the developer to transfer ownership and maintenance to Nampa-
Meridian Irrigation District. However, since the property is split between two
districts (Settler’s and NMID), an agreement is required between the districts. The
districts have been unable to come to an agreement. Therefore, the system is being
operated and maintained by the association. If the districts cannot come to an
agreement, the system will remain under the association.
3. The plat will be revised to reflect staff’s comments.
