Re: Champion Park Subdivision No. 1 (Final Plat)

Dear Mayor and Council:
We have reviewed staff comments for the hearing date of June 24, 2003, and have the following
responses.
CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL
1. The applicant will meet all terms of the approved preliminary plat, conditional use
permit, and development agreement.
2. The applicant will comply.
3. The applicant will comply.
4. The applicant will pay all required fees.
5. The applicant will comply.
6. The landscape plan will be revised to include landscaping within the Ustick Road right-
of-way and the applicant will enter into a license agreement with ACHD.
7. The notes will be revised to reflect staff comments.

8. Approval of the landscape plan dated 5/16/03 by Harvest Design is noted; however,
condition 6 requires a change to the landscape plans. The only change will be to include
the Ustick Road right-of-way.
