STANDARD FOB OF AGREEMENT

Article 7 CON'CRACTOR'S REPRESENTATIONS.
In order to induce the OWNER to enter into the Agreer~nt, the CONTRACTOR makes the following representations:
7.1 The CONTRACTOR has familiarized itself with the nature aml extent of the Work, site, locality, and all local
conditions and Laws and Regulations that in any manner may affect cost, progress, performance or famishing of
the Work.
7.2 The CONTRACTOR has studied carefuIIy all drawings of physical conditions.
7.3 The CONTRACTOR has given Public Works ~ ~~ notice ofall conflicts, errors or discrepancies
that he has discovered anti the written resolution thereof by ENGINEER is acceptable rA CONTRACTOR.
Article 8 CONTRACT ItOCUMENTS.
The Cornract Documents, which comprise the entire agreement between die OWNER and the CONTRACTOR
concerning the Work, consist of the following:

There are no Contract Documents other than those listed above in this Article 8. The Contract Docurnts aiay only
be amended, modified or supplemented by written Change Order.

9.1 Np assignment by a parry hereto of any rights under or interest in tlu: Contract Documerris w>Zl be binding on
another Parry hereto without the written consent of the party sought to be bound; and specificauy but without
limitation moneys that may become due and moneys that are due nnay not be assigned without such consent
(except to the extent that the effect of this restriction maybe limited by laws and unless specifically sued to the
confirary in any written consem to an assignment no assignment will release or discharge the assignor from auy
duty or respoasibdity under the Contract Docaimems.
9.2 OWNER and CONTRACTOR each binds itself, its partners, successors, assigns and legal representatives to the
other party hereto, its partners, successors, assigns and legal representatives in respect of all covenants and
obligations comained in the Contract Documents.

None
IN WITNESS V~JHEREpF, OWNER and CONTRACTOR have signed this Agreement in triplicate. Ooe counterpart
each has been delivered to OWNER, CONTRACTOR and ENGINEER. All portions of tbe Contract Documents have
been signed or identified by OWNER and CONTRACTOR or by ENGIlVEER on their behalf
The Agreement will be effective on 2007.
