Dear Kathy:
Nampa & Meridian Irrigation District has received and reviewed revised plans (dated 10
December 2008, signed by you) for the above-mentioned proposed project. Storm water is being
retained onsite this is acceptable to the District.
The pressure irrigation system will be connected to an existing system and will be dead ended
until future phases are completed.
This project therefore appears to be in conformance with Nampa & Meridian Irrigation District
standards.
Any future development will require a new Land Use Change Application with further review at
that time.
As far as your request for a refund of the cost associated with the Land Use Change Application,
these fees are a reflection of our cost for review with no relation to the amount of PI lines being
installed.
