The Contractor is hereby directed to make the following changes from the Contract Documents and Plans.
Description: Add the Phase 3 Bid Package No. 5 to the Contractors original contract. The scope of work will
pertomted in acxordance with all contractual conditions in place for Phase 2 and for all work detailed in Phase
3 per the associated contract documents for the caulking, sealing and waterproofing scope of work.
ALL OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS REMAIN THE SAME.
