the mutual promises, covenants and conditions contained in the Agreement beirnreen

EXPLORATORY TEST AND MUNICIPAL WATER SUPPLY WELL
REGULATORY APPROVALS, DESIGN, DRILLING AND CONSTRUCTION
INSPECTION, WELL DEVELOPMENT, HYDRAULIC TESTING, WATER
QUALITY SAMPLING, AND FINAL REPORTING FOR WELL #28
PURPOSE
The Hydrogeologist's scope of services, time of completion and compensation shall be
as set forth herein. Services shall generally be descnbed as Engineering Consulting
Services per the Consul~nt's proposal dated February 14.2008.
TASK 1.1 -CITY WATER WELL #28 FACILITIES
Per the City's request, Hydrogeologist wits evaluate, obtain regulatory approvals and
water rights, develop and administer bidding documents and corrtracts, develop
tedmical spedfications, reviewr contractors invoices for payment, design well facalfies,
provide geotechnical senses such a geophysical logging - underwater camera
inspections - and water level /water-qualitty instrumentation, oven3ee dn'Iling - v~eeil
construction - empla~nent of well seals -well development, design and conduct
hydraulic testing, sample ground water quality, serve as a liaison between contractors
and the City, matte final regulatory submittals, and develop a comprehensive report
documentation for the project. Hydrogeologist will develop any necessary change
orders to the work and kip the City regularly updated with respell to the wark.
In ~ld'won to regulatory submittals, indivliual task completion reports wiq be developed
as needed and/or requested by the City.
The Orm®r w~l provide all available informatbn n~essary to facilitate the project.
Hydrogeologist will follow through with regulatory agenda to cl~ure and wilt work
dosely with the City's Public Worm Department.
TIME OF COMPLETION
Hydrogeologic senvices will be completed on an as needed basis and time of completion
will be set as services are requested.
COMPENSATION
The Plot To-Exc~ amount for this Task Order No. 0733 is fifty-seven thousand, four-
hundred ar~i twenty dollars ($57,420.00). The hourly rate for seroioes and din3ct
expenses is attac~d (Prevailing Fee Schedule Effective January 1, 2008) and by this
reference made a part hereof.
