Ryan ,With support like you, I do not, need enemies. In the future if I have the opportunity to
shove it up your ass it will be my full intention and I will point my finger at you. Please stay out my

Mr. Tamura,
It was our sincere interest to support you tonight and I think we came through on that: or at
least I think this meeting went better than the last one. Tonight we asked for your building
permit, CU mod and future building permit FEES to be waived, refunded or credited and that the
requirements be enforced LATER when the eastern building is constructed so that you could cash-
flow; which is something that you probably could not ask for yourself -but represents solid
support from the neighborhood. I hope that you recognize that we went out on a limb for you
on that testimony. Our goal remains for the north face to be improved to be consistent with the

other buildings in Devon Park I & II and the UDC. I also heard your remarks regarding the
broken fence and the neighborhoods efforts to contain the vandals, thank you. The
Pence's noticed that the kids are breaking the fence from the south side because they are
confronted when they break it from the north side (pocket park).
I just wanted to drop you a note to reinforce that we support most of the things in your appeal
and have proposed some decent financial tools that support achieving the goal of immediately
filling that building.
