Subject: Comments on Three Comers Subdivision #2
The following will be the requirements and/or concerns to provide minimum levels of fire protection for
the Comments on the Three Corners Subdivision #2 project:
1. All entrance and internal roads and alleys shall have a turning radius of 28' inside and 4$' outside
radius.
2. All fire lanes shall be straight or have a turning radius of 28' inside and 48' outside and shall
have a clear driving surface which is 20' wide and ~pport an imposed weight of 75,000 GVW.
These issues will have to be addressed on the final design of this project, please have the project
designer submit a revised parking lot plan to be approved by the Meridian Fire Department.
