The annual operation and maintenance costs of Initial Point Gallery total approximately $6,713.67. The cost of the hanging hazdwaze and seating installed in the gallery was approximately $5,687.50. The $35.00 fee is intended to recoup these actual costs, whether partially or fully, and will be reevaluated in 2010 to ensure that such amount remains reasonably related to the cost of maintaining the gallery and its appurtenances.
