Ro i se, was savor^n by the aft ornev.
Eirtggs: -`h~= ot,a* praposer, is 3 lots, the reason for the
subdivision plat is that there is to be a rest a~.rrant constructed
and oerhaDS one ather building later on under slightly different
ownershtos. in order to transfer the property it has to be
suhdtv;ded. There are no naw st reef ~. meat ed. Tha main water

~aunemtller^: On the City Engineers comments about the sewer
easement. #?. We don't have a orotalem with givtnn an easement
across that property and then whoever needed the sewer on to the
so!rth there co~.ild put it in but we don't want to p~_~t tt tn. We
don't have a problem with givin^ the easement.
SPECIRL MEETING PLRNNING R ZONING
PgGC ,
Chatrman .inhnson: in other words the second part of that. where
tt says a 1Qi" diameter sanitary sewer line needs to be
constructed within this easement for future ext.enston to the
south, approximately c20 feet. Yols would rather not have to put
that tn.
H~anemtller: That`s corract. Then addresstnn #1 iust ahove that,
we don't have a problem signing an agreement with the City that
if they ever had to work nn that sewer line that we would replace
that grease trap and street light using that sewe,- easement.
Chairman Johnson: We appreciate that but this boa•^d really can`t
make a recommendation one way or another b~.it those comments will
qo onto the next step to t.hts ^rocess and eventually on to the
City Cosrncil and the Engineer.
gltdiarn: Have you had any conversation with ,arv at all"'
Clerk Ntemann: i think it`s our policy that. they have to extend
tt thro~.,gh their property isn't it Wavneo
Crookston: It`s required by Ordinance.
Chairman Johnson: B~.rt are both of those required by Ordtnance~
Clerk Niemann: The grease trap -
Chatrman _iohnson: So what yoi-i`d be ]nnktno at an #r:', tf that is
not done then that would take a variance from the Ordinance,
~° t q h t
Crookston; That`s r_orrect.
