Ref: CZC 06-022 CUP OS-053 Dear Staff Members, Hummel Architects would like to submit this Certificate of Zoning Compliance application on behalf of The Joint School District No.2 for the Meridian High School Baseball and Softball Fields Concession stands /Press boxes. When the adjacent Professional Technical Building and Ballfields were constructed the Concession stands/Press boxes were also part of this origonal CUP/CZC. Due to cost constraints the previous plans were not able to be built. Recently the School District determined that there are sufficient funds to be able to build these structures with the use of a lower cost design and placing the job out for bids to obtain a lower cost construction. Hours of operation will be concurrent with ball games being 3:00 p.m. to 10 p.m. weekdays and all day on the weekends, during the fall and spring. During the summer season there will be sporadic games during the weekends used by the Youth Leagues and other community baseball groups. If other affiliations use these fields they must abide by the same hours of operation as the School does.
