Smith explained that the Corp of Engineers had ~~s~' aduited all of the Grant material submitted for payment and had disallowed some items.that `°~-~~a were nqt grant eligable. Smith stated that they are requesting this amount be paid within 30 .days from the date of the letter, which was October 12, 1982.
