First St. 1. Vern Schoen, Building Inspector: Will Parking Area be paved? Building must be remodeled to meet U.B.C. Codes for office use. A Building permit and inspections shall be required. 2. Earl Ward; Wastewater Supt: Sewer rate shoud be adjusted for commercial use. 3. Gary Smith, Engineer: (1) Parking area requirements should be in accordance with Meridian Zoning and Development Ordinance. Parking layout with drainage. Design should be submitted for review & approval. (2) Sign design in accordance. with "Uniform Sign Code" (ICBO) -Low Profile? (3) Water & Sewer hook-up charges in conformance with Meridian City Ordinance. (4) Landscaping -Existing O. K.? 4. Ada County Highway Dist: East First St. has an 80 foot right-of~aay as required and is fully improved. East First Street is Highway 69 -30 and under jurisdiction of Idaho Transportation Deparment. Recon4nend that Access and street improvements to be reviewed by IDT -District III 5. Chief of Police: "Marking the two driveways as "EN'1~ADTC:E" and "EXIT" would reduce the possibility of traffic confusion using accesses from E 1st. 6. Nampa-Meridian Irrigation Dist: Must retain and Maintain Irrigation lateral ditches & pipes through property. ~, Central District Health (Nancy Goodell): We can approve this proposal for Central sewage and Central water. Plans for Con¢rnanity sewage and Central water must be submitted to and approved by the Regional Health and Welfare Environmental Services Office if any addition to existing lines become necessary. Street runoff is not to create a mosquito breeding problem. 8. Councilman Ronald Tolsma: If this is to be a commercial business then it should conform to all renovated or redesigned commercial building, fire, electrical, and plumbing codes, also commercial water, sewer & trash. Is the off street parking large enough? 9. State of Idaho, Transportation Department: There is no problem at 1323 E.
