As we discussed earlier on the phone, with the Condifional Use being requested for an interior Tenant Space and not a building, the site is not affected, except for verifying the required number of parking spaces. Since there is no "University " parlang called out, you could either look at this as a business occupancy at 1!200 s.f; which would require 46 spaces or as a "High School" use at 10 per classroom plus 7 staff; which would require 77 spaces. The building has 163 spaces available to it and since most of the classes for this tenant would be conducted after normal business hours a majority of these spaces would be available to them. The 77 required spaces can be accommodated on the east and north sides of the building adjoining this tenant. I have attached a 8 h" x 11" site plan for your use.
