On December 2, 2008, the Meridian City Council granted the consent to vacate a
portion of the existing right-of--way platted Parcel 51116336421 and dedicate new
right-of--way in portions of Parcels S11 Ib336403 and 51116336453 for Overland
Village by Relo Development in Section 16, Township 3 North, Range 1 East, Boise
Meridian, Ada. County, Idaho, as in the attached Exhibits "A" and "B".
