Staff has updated the Design Review checklist to be consistent with the text changes and the Design Manual associated with Comprehensive Plan text amendment and Zoning Text Amendment (CPA-08-011 & ZOA-08-002; Section 11-3A-19 in the UDC). Changes the Design Review checklists are as follows: • Add a requirement to provide a completed Design Review Compliance Checklist. • Removed the text explaining the requirements for architectural character; color and materials; parking lots, and pedestrian walkways. • Modified bottom footnote to read "Meridian Design Manual" instead of "Downtown Meridian Design Guidelines." • Under Architectural Character added e. fenestration and • Added 3. Site and Building Layout to include location of building, parking areas, access, street layout/internal circulation and pedestrian walkways. Planning Department . 33 E.
