I would suggest that you address the letter to Meridian City Mayor and Council, 33 E. Broadway, Meridian, Idaho
83642. Other than that, it looks good to go. Once you have the letter done, e-mail it to tt~reen(a~meridiancity.org.
She works for the Clerk's office and will make sure it gets to Council. Please cc Bill or me too.

Meridian City Mayor and Council

Dear Madame and Misters: November 26, 2008
Instant Equity Auto requests that the City Council review the following information
regarding the application AP 08-005. After meeting with the Planning Director, we have
decided to conform to the requests of Council and Staff and ask that the following items
be added to the development agreement:
^ We will construct a 6' high fence along the 5' wide landscape buffer along the
southerly property line.
^ We will provide landscaping as displayed in the plans.
^ We will connect to city sewer services within 2 years.
^ While the property is being used for vehicle sales, cross access will be limited to
the west and through the Fairview entry point.
^ We respectfully ask that Council waive fees associated with the Development
Agreement.
^ In a prior public hearing, we indicated that we would not do any vehicle repairs in
the garage on the southwest corner of the parcel. We now have a need to do
minor mechanical and detail work on our site which is permitted by code. To do
so, we will need to raise the building approximately 4 feet to accommodate a
vehicle lift. We will apply for appropriate permits through the Building
Department to accomplish this.
Thank you for reconsidering our application. We feel strongly that by fulfilling the
aforementioned items, we will be doing our part to beautify the city while advancing our
business objectives.
