Bill,
Please accept this letter as our request to defer our Variance Application (VAR08-008) to the
March 10, 2009 City Council Meeting.
Upon review of the staff report and the correspondence from ITD and Meridian Fire and Police
Departments we would like to take some additional time to address their concerns. In fact we
have met recently with ITD and believe we made significant progress and gained support that
was not reflected in their letter to the City of Meridian.
If there is any concern or issue with the continuance request of VAR08-008, please contact me
as soon as possible.
