Dear Mr. Koerner:
Nampa & Meridian Irrigation District does not operate nor maintain a pressure irrigation system
within Gemtone Center No. 2.
Provided there are no encroachments on the District's easements and all municipal surface is
being retained onsite, no further investigation on behalf of the District is necessary.
