RE: Vacation of Easement from Gaudry/Seegmiller Subdivision to 1828 S. Millenium Way.
This is the temporary easement granted to 1828 S. Millenium Way by Dr. Gaudry and Dr.
Seegmiller:

As per Section 5.4 Temporary Emergency Vehicle Access, Declaration of Restrictions, Grant of Easements and Common Area
Maintenance Agreement for Gaudry/Seegmiller Subdivision: The Declarants, as grantor, hereby grant to the Owner of Lot 3,
Block 1, Resolution Park Subdivision No. 1, as grantee, a temporary easement over and across that portion of the Common Area
located on Lot 1 of the Subdivision which is improved for vehicular traffic for the limited purpose of providing emergency
vehicle access between East Gala Street and said Lot 3, Block 1, Resolution park Subdivision No. 1. The easement herein
granted shall lapse in accordance with the provisions of the Findings of Fact and Conclusions of Law and Order of Conditional
Approval of Preliminary/Final Plat adopted by the Meridian City Council in Case No. PFP-03-002.
This is the permanent access to 1828 S. Millenium Way and a permanent occupancy permit has
been granted to them:
