You are in the process of completing a Conditional Use Permit for some
property south of Overland Road and west of the Kuna Highway for
Queenland Acres, Inc.. This Conditional Use Permit is due to expire
July 1, 2003. The Original developers interested in this -piece of
property decided they didn't want to pursue this project. Another
group has approached us and are interested in this piece of property.
We understand the Conditions! Use Permit expires July 1, 2003. We
are requesting an extension of this Permit for one year so we can see if
we can consummate this sale.
