He stated they were proposing to remove a section of fence, which is parallel to U.S. 30 right of way, and extend the existing office and rest room facilities to the south. On completion, the board fence will be attached to the newly constructed portion of the building in the same manner as it exists at this time. The State Division of Highways has no objection to this construction, providing the traffic on U.S. Highway 30 is not disturbed in any way dur- ing the construction. We sincerely, regret having to inform you of'these deficiencies but we believe that there is no other choice in the matter.
