I objected to the inclusion of Exception No. 11 and I understand that the Title Company has, agreed to issue the final policy eliminating that exception. It therefore appears we are in a position to close the sale of the property just as soon as the special permit has been issued by the Meridian Zoning Commission with the approval of the City Council to construct a service station on the property. It would be appreciated if you would take the necessary steps to have such special permit issued.
