Dawdle and Frank Marcum would like to submitt a tentative ales plan and proposals to the city of Meridian for the Roy 'Wood property between Wsst Pins and Broadway Avenues. We are in the process of purchasing ±his property from Mr. Wood. Ths tentative plat would include She following; 4 blocks with 5 lots each or 2D lots 1n total. Four ^f the lets would contain 7900 sq.ft, and 15 of the lots would contain 7087 soft. WE would like to repuest approval for multiple and single dwelling lot units. If we were t^ recieve city approval we would propose to extend West Idaho Ave, t^ the East approx. 330ft. with water, sewer, curb._8 gutter and paving to meet city specs. Also :th Street would be constructed from West Pine to West 9roadw+ay Ave. approx. 6D0 ft. with water, sewer, curb R gutter and pavingto meet city specs, With the construction of 7th Street We would like to raauaat approval for a 15ft, offset with the present 7th Street line-up in'the Welker Sub. By making this offset we could make all lots the same size there-by utilizing the land mare efficiently. Checking with Elmer Soniville of the Ada County road, he stated that he understood our thinking and would not oppose this proposal as far ~s the county is concerned. Also the present sewer main from Broadway cuts across Roy Wood's property on a 45 degree angle 'and then runs North along West side of his property. Because of this angle this would prevent the usage of at least 3 lots facing 9ro3dway Ave. We would propose to re-route this sewer main down the road side of West Broadway and there-on Nprtb to reconnect into the present trunk line. Checking with J.U.B. Engineers they stated this reroute could be ^ossible if there is sufficient grade fall of 6inches per SCO ft, in a 20 inch sewer line. The .present city sewer line is a 2Dinch line and the grade between connecting man holes is about 1^ or 11 inches WE would appreciate your consideration of the above propsals and lotus know of your decision.
