KNOW ALL MEN $Y THESE PRESENTS: That the undersigned, for the purpose of
forming a corporation under the Idaho Business Corporation Act, Title 30> Chapter 1, Idaho
Cade, does hereby certify, declare, and adopt the following Articles of Incorporation:
I.
The name of the Corporation shall be GREAT SKY, INC.
II.
The nature of the business, or the objects or purposes to be transacted, promoted, or
carried on by the Corporation, are:
(1) To purchase, sell, and develop real and personal groperty.
(2) To transact any other lawful business for which a corporation may be incorporated
under the Idaho Business Corporation Act.
Ill.
The aggregate dumber of shares which the Corporation shall have the authority to issue
is 1,000,000 shares of no-paz value common stock.

The Corporation shall have a perpetual existence.
V.
The business of the Corporation shall be managed by its Board of Directors, each of
whom shall be at least eighteen (18) years of age. The number of directors of the Corporation

person. Wherever in this section a director or officer is refettEd to, such reference shall include
his or her personal representa5vea,executors, and administrators.
VIII.
Meetings of the stockholders may be held outside the state of Idaho if the Bylaws so
provide. Subject to any provision contained in any statute, the books of the Corporation may be
kept outside the state of Idaho at such place or places as may be designated from time to time
either by the Board of Directors or in the Bylaws of the Corporation. Election of directors need
not be by ballot unless the Bylaws of the Corporation shall so provide.

Irrigation Zones
Sprinkler heads imgating lawn or other high-water-demand azeas must be circuited so that
they are on a sepazate zone or zones from those irrigating trees, shrubs, or other reduced-
water-demand areas.

Sprinkler heads must be adjusted to reduce overspray onto impervious surfaces such as
sidewalks, driveways, and parking areas.

Additional Irrigation Notes:
Irrieation Required
All landscape areas regulated by the City Landscape Ordinance (12-13) shall be served with an
automatic underground irrigation system. Additional requirements .affecting pressurized
imgation systems can be found in City Ordinance 9-1-28.
Irrigation Water Source
Use of non-potable irrigation water is required when determined to be available by the City
Public Works Department as regulated by City Ordinance 9-1-28. If city potable water is used, a
separate water meter is recommended so the owner can avoid paying sewer fees for irrigation
water. Potable water shall not be used as a primary irrigation water source on non-residential
lots with more than %Z acre of landscaping. Year round water availability is also required by
connecting to city potable water or an on-site well as a secondary source.
