Location, size of property and existing zoning: This site consists of 1.1 acres and is currently zoned C-G.
The site is located north of E. Overland Road, on the east side of S. Millennium Way and on the south
side of E. Cinema Drive
Adjacent Land Use and Zoning:

approved in 2008.
