Overland Road, on the east side of S. Millennium Way and on the south side of E. Cinema Drive Adjacent Land Use and Zoning: 1. North: Multi -tenant Building; zoned C-G 2. West: Vacant commercial lot and Multi -tenant Buildings; zoned C-G 3. South: Dutch Brothers Coffee Kiosk; zoned C-G 4.
