This is a response concerning the staff report for CUP-08030.
I only have one request concerning the conditions of approval found in exhibit B
Section 1.2 on business hours of operation. I would like you to consider the hours
of operation to be 24 hours. However, ifthis is absolutely not negotiable I would
ask for the hours of operation to be from Sam to 12am midnight. This would help
accommodate those individuals that may have off schedule jobs.
I appreciate you taking the time to consider this request. Thank you for all that
you do for the people of this great City of Meridian.
