Applicable code requires that the site of application be appropriately posted and that the City
of Meridian be appropriately notified of such posting. I hereby certify the following has
occurxed (per ordinance and as directed by staff):
1. What: One sign ~uas posted on the property
2. Where: Sign was placed on the property along the public road right-of--way.
3. When: On October 24a', 2008 at least 10 days prior to scheduled hearing (see
attached photos).
