3. Design and Exterior intent
a. Present building (block & concrete) to be
re -modeled inside to office use.
b. Building to be brought up to code concerning
Fire & Safety code.
c. Exterior to be re -painted and minor changes
made. (Entrance for example)
d. Old building to be torn down and removed.
e. Off street parking to be provided.
f. Landscaping to be up -graded.

this building not be used for any retail sales and that
Mr. Ed Jones consider contacting the Senior Citizens for the
possible basement use of this building".
