RE: Request for Six Month Continuation of Kastera's Cavanaugh Ridge
Community formerly known as Reflection Ridge.
Dear Director Anna Canning:
Dear Manager Sonya Wafters:
Kastera Development is requesting a six month continuation for our Cavanaugh
Ridge Preliminary Plat, Phase 1 Final Plat and related development applications.
We need flexibility and additional time to prepare the necessary Preliminary Plat
modifications and make business adjustments given the recent changes in our
economy.
Because it has taken us over 5 months and millions of dollars to get to where we
are today...there is no way we can withdraw our application. Yet we need more
time to modify the plat, work with our bankers and prepare for our public
hearings. Therefore we are requesting flexibility in the form of an
administrative continuation for six months. Please let us know if this is
acceptable for our Cavanaugh Ridge project.

Good Afternoon Sonya:
I received an email response from Anna Powell pertaining to my question about flexibility for
our Cavanaugh Ridge development project. Anna suggested that I make a formal request for
a six month continuation. If this six month continuation is granted, it would give us the
flexibility we need. Please see the attached letter requesting a six month continuation for
Cavanaugh Ridge. Thank you for your help. Wayne.
