We are in receipt of photo copy of letter you wrote to
Superintendent E. C. May of the Union Pacific Railroad Company at
Pocatello, concerning an annexation which includes some Union Pacific
right-of-way property.
All matters concerning annexations, local improvement dis-
tricts and any other feature that would affect taxation of the Union
Pacific Railroad Company/Oregon Short Line Railroad Company, should
be referred to us in order that we may coordinate these subjects with
our personnel to determine whether or not we should be represented
at any city council meetings concerning these matters.
Would you please advise the status of the current annexa-
tion as described by J-U-B Engineers, Inc. as Project No. 1891. If
the annexation has taken place, may we have a copy of the resolution
making your annexation official and also advice as to what the final
metes and bounds description is.
