Description: A 60" Type "B" "Through" manhole shall be added at Station 156 + 67.59. Critical
elevations shall be as follows: Rim = 2543.02, 21" IE In = 21" IE out = 2519.58, Northing = 726837.96,
Fasting = 2438910.78.
Purpose of Work Change Directive: To minimize amount of 20" C905 piping to be installed due to
nearby well.
