The following is our proposed Scope of Service based on the information that you have provided to us. Task Order Understanding We understand that this task order will provide services required to get the lift station back on line using 30 hp pumps. The new 30 hp pumps are 3 phase pumps that will be supplied by the City of Meridian. The City will also supply the compattble 30 hp controller. A new 3 phase 480V service will be n~uired from Idaho power. DC Engineering willsub-contnict the installation to Custom Electric to fast track this project. The existing electrical service and pumps can remain in service until the new system is installed allowing for minimal system intensuption. Electrical Engineering • Coordinate the electrical service with Idaho power. Develop cottsttvction documents for pump and control panel installation. Program the Radio for lift station monitoring. Assnmp~loas • VFD's and 30 hp pumps will be provided by the City of Meridian. • Radio will be provided by the City of Meridian. Deliverables • 100'/o Construction documents and installation including construction observation and record documents upon completion. Schedule • DC Engineering has a capable staffthat can start immediately. Eaclnsions DC Eng~eerirtg • Idaho Power has estimated the fees for the 3 phase service to be approximately $5,000. Since IPCO can't guarantce the fee to DC Engineering, we have excluded this fee. Once the project has authorisation to proceed, Idaho Power will provide an engineering and installation fee direct to the City of Meridian. Fee Services for Task Order No. 0779 shall be completed under the conditions contained in the Master Services Agreement between the City and DC Engineering dated January, 2007. The project including installation will be performed on time and material basis not to exceed $6,500 (Six Thousand Five Hundred Dollars). Custom Electric Construction cost will be passed through with no mark up, and is included in the above listed fee. Thank you again for the opportunity to work with you.
